What is Happening?

We have been receiving many questions regarding our storefront. Learn all about what's going on, how we got here, and our plans for the future below.

How did we get here?

On January 7th, 2025, a customer accidentally drove into our storefront, causing significant damage to the building. Since then, we’ve been operating with limited space while working to rebuild the damaged structure. During this upcoming transitional period, we are moving next door, beginning Monday, July 7th, so we can stay open while under construction. We have a new, clearly labeled, temporary entrance, located to the right of our old entrance.

Why is it taking so long?

Since 2024, we’ve been planning to renovate, redesign, and update our technology. With the damages from January as a catalyst, we’re taking this opportunity to make additional improvements across our business. As you can imagine, creating floor plans, negotiating with insurance companies, and buying equipment takes time. Over the next 6-12 months we will be installing new machinery, redesigning our floor plan, and implementing several enhancements to increase efficiency and better serve both our employees and customers.

What are our plans and goals for the future?

Construction will be underway shortly on our storefront as they work to rebuild the structure, walls, and windows. Our floor plan will also be improved in phases as we make room for new services coming soon. Plans change weekly, but as of now, when it is completed, we will have a brand-new storefront designed to better serve you and provide your garments with the best care possible.
